What does the Rooibos-infused hydration + energy blend contain?

3g Creatine Monohydrate, 500mg Sodium Citrate, 300mg Potassium Citrate, 150mg Magnesium Citrate, Natural Rooibos Extract, Citric Acid, Stevia Extract.

How do I use it?

Mix one sachet with 500ml cold water.

Stir or shake until dissolved. Add more or less water to suit your taste.

Add ice and lemon to feel like you're on holiday (even if you're at your desk.)

When is the best time to drink it?

Morning, pre-workout, post-workout, during long workdays, after hot days, or whenever you feel dehydrated or low on energy.

Is it safe to drink every day?

Yes! It is designed for daily use. You can drink up to 2 sachets per day.

Does it contain sugar?

No, zero sugar and zero calories.

Is it safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We recommend checking with your healthcare provider. Whilst the ingredients are all safe, it can be a personal choice what you are comfortable taking during this time.

Is it safe for kids?

It's formulated for adults so we don't recommend it for kids.

Can I drink more than one sachet a day?

Most people have 1 per day, but you can safely take 2 if you’re sweating a lot, feeling depleted or are male.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders over R600 qualify for free delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number and we'll replace it!
