Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sjoe Daily! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order ships, how long it takes, and what to expect along the way.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

South Africa (nationwide)

International destinations, including the EU, UK, US, Australia and more

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at support@sjoedaily.com and we’ll see if we can assist.


2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During launches, promotions or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always communicate delays if they arise.


3. South African Shipping

We partner with reliable local couriers.

Estimated delivery times:

Major cities: 2–4 business days

Outlying/remote areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the website.


4. International Shipping

International delivery times and costs vary by destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery window:
7–21 business days, depending on location.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included in our prices.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

If you don’t see it:

  • Check spam/junk
  • Search “Sjoe Daily order” in your inbox
  • Or email us at support@sjoedaily.com

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.


6. Shipping Address Errors

Please double check your address at checkout.

If you submitted the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@sjoedaily.com

We’ll try our best, but once a parcel has been collected by the courier:

  • We cannot guarantee an address change
  • Additional rerouting fees may apply
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded

7. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once we hand your order to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to you.

However — we always do our best to help.

Please contact us if:

  • Your parcel is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it
  • Your tracking hasn’t moved for several days
  • You suspect the parcel is lost

We’ll assist with an investigation, but Sjoe Daily cannot be held liable for:

  • Parcels stolen after delivery
  • Delays caused by couriers or customs
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@sjoedaily.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll evaluate and replace or refund where appropriate according to our Returns Policy.


9. Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is sold on pre-order, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together unless otherwise stated.
