A daily blend of electrolytes, creatine and real rooibos extract, helping you stay calm, strong and hydrated through stress and sweat. Each sachet contains antioxidants equal to four cups of rooibos tea, restoring energy without sugar, caffeine or an afternoon crash.
Ingredients:
- 3g creatine monohydrate
- 500mg sodium
- 300mg potassium
- 150mg magnesium
Zero sugar. No artificial flavours. Caffeine free.
How to use:
Mix one sachet with 500ml cold water. Stir or shake until dissolved. Add ice and lemon to feel like you're on holiday (even if you're at your desk).

Great Product.
Ive been struggling to drink water for years (never mind taking supplements), this has absolutely changed that for me. I can't wait to have my Sjoe every morning in my massive-ass Stanley cup. I love that it actually tastes good (not too sweet or salty) and that it has creatine in! The only thing i would change is requesting one with slightly more creatine in (I aim to get 10g's in so that option as an addition would be amazing!). But other than that - no notes... LOVE!
